The ME 64 is a cardioid shotgun microphone capsule designed for use with the K6 and K6P powering modules. It has a very wide range of applications including reporting, interviews, dubbing, live-sound reinforcement and recording applications. It has a matte-black, anodised, scratch-resistant finish.
This kit includes the K6P powering module, the heart of Sennheiser's professional modular condenser microphone system. It is similar to the K6 powering module but is powered by 12 - 48V phantom power only, for use where battery power is not required (e.g. permanent installations). The K6P can be combined with various microphone heads to produce microphones with a variety of pickup patterns. It has a matte-black, anodised, scratch-resistant finish.
