Sennheiser KC6 Reviews
Huge but good
This case it way bigger than it looks, but it holds everything you need for the K6 system. I got the K6C first but was frustrated that it couldn't hold the wind screens for my mics, so I decided to buy this instead. I planned on returning it once this arrived, but I decided to keep both because this case is just too big for certain situations. For the price I expected better construction - it is cheap plastic and feels very flimsy, and I worry that the latches may not hold up. That being said, it has convenient cutouts in the foam for everything you need. It works, but for the price I expected better.
Keep it together
Sennheiser makes great microphones, most already know this. The K-6 with ME 66 shotgun is one of these industry standards, but if you utilize the MZW 66 windscreen, you cannot fit it in the case that comes with the 66. The KC6 case carries it all and then some. It's a great addition to you gear locker and offers protection to the fragile foam screen.
