MSI GT60 9S7-16F341-294 Overview

The GT60 0NG-294US 15.6" Laptop Computer from MSI is a high-performance, portable workstation designed for mobile professional graphics solutions. The chassis features a bold design with a sleek black body. This MSI notebook comes standard with an exclusive SteelSeries gaming keyboard. The keyboard allows for immediate response times for a smooth computing experience.

The 15.6" widescreen display features LED backlight technology, which is more energy efficient than CCFL backlighting. The screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio and a Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution powered by a dedicated NVIDIA Quadro K2000M with 2GB of discrete memory. The screen also has an anti-glare coating so the GT60 can be used in brightly lit environments.

The system is powered by a quad-core Ivy Bridge 2.4GHz Intel Core i7-3630QM processor. It also has 12GB of 1600MHz DDR3 RAM, a 750GB 7200rpm hard drive, a Blu-ray Disc burner, a 7-in-1 media card reader, 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an integrated webcam and microphone. There are also built-in stereo speakers and a subwoofer with THX TruStudio PRO technology. Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) is the installed operating system.

The MSI GT60 notebook houses an Ivy Bridge Intel Core i7-3630QM processor. Its quad cores can reach a stock speed of 2.4GHz. The processor can also be overclocked up to 3.4GHz, thanks to Intel Turbo Boost 2.0 technology. With dedicated 6MB L3 cache, 12GB of 1600MHz DDR3 RAM and Intel Hyper-Threading technology, you'll be able to multitask between applications quickly and efficiently
15.6" Full HD Anti-Glare LED-Backlit Display
The 15.6" widescreen display has LED backlight technology, a 16:9 aspect ratio, a Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution and an anti-glare finish for high picture quality, which reduces eyestrain, widens the field of view and covers 95% of the NTSC color gamut. The screen is also calibrated to meet sRGB standards so colors are consistent, stable and vibrant at all color ranges. This allows accurate color rendering without any loss of fidelity. With support up to 4 independent displays, including the notebook display, you'll be able to increase your productivity and efficiency when working across multiple applications.
NVIDIA Quadro K2000M Graphics
With NVIDIA Quadro graphics, you'll have access to several NVIDIA features. The NVIDIA scalable geometry engine dramatically improves geometry performance and work interactively with large scale models and scenes. Texture and render surfaces up to 16K x 16K for applications demand the highest resolution and image processing, which the NVIDIA Quadro K2000M supports. The NVIDIA Quadro K2000M also provides smooth and immersive 3D stereo experience for professional design applications with OpenGL quad buffered stereo support
