Pre-loaded XLR patch panel

Solidly built. Nice strain relief bar. Seems like the jacks are reversed from top to bottom. If you follow the normal convention of having outputs on the top row and input on the bottom the male XLRs should be on the top. They are reversed. So if you were to patch a mic into the panel in the control room (where I am using this) you would need a xlr female to xlr female cable or adapter. I suppose you could wire this is upside down and it's not the biggest problem to deal with.
