The NEC Digital Signage Solution with 55” X552S Display & Single Board Computer is designed for those who need a commercial-grade display and computer to source content. The bundle includes the 55” X552S LED Super-Slim Professional-Grade Large-Screen Display and the OPS-PCAF-WS Single Board Computer that is seamlessly integrated utilizing the display’s expansion slot. This design provides for clean, hidden integration, and eliminates the need for an external PC and associated equipment.
The X552S features a super-slim depth of 1.7” and a bright screen with 700 cd/m² maximum brightness. This industrial-strength, Full HD LCD display delivers high-quality imagery with advanced connectivity, including DisplayPort, HDMI, and an Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) slot. These digital options increase flexibility for users in a variety of digital signage applications, especially video walls where up to 100 displays can be used in a 10 x 10 configuration. The optional color calibration solution (not included) enables color uniformity and fidelity across individual and multiple screens, creating a perfectly matched image in tiled digital signage environments. Featuring dual video outputs with DVI for internal display support and DisplayPort for external display support, X552S also includes integrated display control via an internal RS-232 connection. The OPS-PCAF-WS Single Board Computer is OPS-compliant and features a 1.6 GHz AMD Dual Core Fusion CPU, 2GB DDR3 RAM, 32GB solid state drive, and Windows 7 embedded. It is optimized for reliable 1080p video playback and, with support for Windows OS, has the flexibility to run most third-party software and custom applications.
