The Gefen RMT-2IRN IR Remote Control for 2 x 1 Switchers and Matrixes allows effortless selection of sources to be displayed on the connected display when using a dual-input switcher or matrix. The remote may be operated up to a distance of 30’ (9.14m) from the switcher or matrix. All you have to do is simply point this IR remote control at your Gefen switcher or matrix unit and press the button corresponding to the desired source. The Gefen unit will instantaneously display the selected source on your display. An LED indicator light flashes to confirm each key-press and shows that the IR commands are being sent to the Gefen unit.
Note:
The RMT-2IRN IR Remote Control and the Gefen switcher or matrix unit to be controlled must be in a direct line of sight without any obstruction in order to function properly.
