The product came VERY quickly. The staff through ViewSonic were amazing and very helpful. Thank you for getting the lamp to us in 2 days so that we could use our projector at church on Sunday! The product came packaged very securely and so far is working very well. Very easy to install.

A wondrous machine.......

please with the ease of the machine. we set it up in a conference room that seats 150 with plenty of light pollution and it does a fabulous job it bright day light and room light. PROS: it comes with lots of connections and can run multiple presentations at once. we found the best way to hook it up was through an apple TV which works wonderfully. The lighting issue when video recording doesn't appear to be as much as an issue. it wasn't listed but the format it projects in can be both 16/9 and 4/3 as well as a few ranges in-between. this works well for those older presentation that have not been formatted for 16/9. lots on options with this machine and looking forward to exploring more of the verity they built into it. CONS: our machine came with a weird plastic piece that would hit the fan when on, we were able to adjust it so it stopped but it a number of tries. it still is a bit on the noisy side but it works well. when you turn it on you have to be aware of the power light flicker for a sec or you will hit the power button over and over to turn it on with no luck. It takes a minute or two to warm up. all in all I would recommend this projector to anyone looking for a serious projector for Conferences and Churches, Schools, Seminars...etc
