Not much to this product. It just works. I connected my old parallel printer to my new computers USB port, it identified the printer, installed the drivers automatically, and everything worked. I rely on this printer heavily for printing envelopes, address labels, invoices, and more. Having to do nothing more than swap the cable to get it working on my new computer just like it always has on my old one was great!
