Will this adapter allow any 3.5mm cord to connect to a Mini xlr (ta3f)?

This adapter is a 2.5mm to TA3F designed for the Samson SE10 and SE50 mics. This allows them to be used with select transmitters. Unfortunately these types of adapters are not universal due to the varying power and wiring requirements of wireless systems.
