No, you Can't because the Front Lens Diameter of Zeiss have 134mm and the Matte Box have 80mm.

im looking for a Cavision rig like these for my sony a6000 with mattebox and room for follow focus, will this model work? and if not, which model should I buy
Hi Dave,I must sat that the 3x3 matte box from Cavision works very well with my Panasonic GH3. It is very sturdy and light weight. I can't say fro sure that it will work with the Sony a6000, however, if I had to guess I will say yes. If is a standard size mounting shoe then yes. I am very happy with this item. I hope this helps.
