Will this cable work to connect a schoeps CMBI to a regular 3 pin xlr input with phantom power?
The CMBI is designed for connection to unbalanced high impedance inputs and to allow the capsules to be battery powered or powered externally via plug in power (+6v max) . It would not be compatible with the K 5 LU or phantom power.
