What can I use to split the connection for two speakers into one output? One output from the preamp going to two speakers.
Generally, an output may be split to two speakers with a simple "Y" type cable.
Isuues arise when the impedance is too low; for instance, id the two speakers are 4 ohm and split from one output, the impedance then becomes 2 ohms; an impedance this low is almost always an issue for an amplifier. Also by changing the impedance which an amplifer is "seeing" will affect the loudness, so be aware and proceed with caution. Two 8 ohm speakers connected to one output of an amp is almost always ok, using a quality Y splitter and quality cables. Again, it WILL get louder!!

That is not their intended use. They are not made for installation work. They are made to use outside the wall in your home. Canare makes an excellent product and I think part of the design is made to be seen. How you use them is up to you.
