While you could use the Desmond DAL-1 QR L Plate with the A7 IV, this may imped the access to the battery door and ports.

This is a universal L bracket and will fit mostly all cameras without a battery grip. You may not have complete access to the battery compartment and or memory slot. You may have to remove the L bracket to access the battery or memory card.

The DAL-1 QR L Plate will fit the Canon 90D. Access to the battery compartment will be fine; however, there may not be complete access to the ports on the left end of the 90D. It will depend on the lateral and front/back adjustment the DAL-1 allows. For the price, I would try it. B&H is very good about a return if necessary.

The Desmond DAL-1 QR L Plate is an "Arca Swiss" design. Apparently the Magnus TR-13 and TR-17L with the dual action head are the only "Arca Swiss" compatible Magnus heads. The Magnus BHQR-65 plate is an "Arca Swiss" design and will fit the BMPC4K. The 1/4-20 mounting screw on the DAL-1 QR L Plate moves laterally and if that travel distance is compatible with the dimension from the mounting hole to the left side of the BMPC4K; it will fit.
