The X2 features a 16.2 megapixel APS-C-sized CMOS sensor to produce high quality, detailed imagery with notable low-light sensitivity to ISO 12500. The built-in Leica Elmarit 24mm f/2.8 lens provides a 35mm-equivalent focal length of 35mm, which suits everyday shooting applications due to its slightly wider-than-normal perspective. Live view monitoring, image review, and menu navigation are possible on the 2.7" 230k-dot LCD monitor and manual exposure control settings are possible via the top shutter speed and aperture selection dials.
