Event 2030 3-Way Active Monitor (Single)

The Event Electronics 2030 3-Way Active Monitor (Single) is designed for near-field studio monitoring. The horizontally mounted monitor consists of three discrete drivers for high, mid, and low frequencies. Both the aluminum dome high and pressed pulp/mineral-filled polypropylene mid-frequency drivers are built into waveguide assemblies that improve audio dispersion and the power response of the system. The mineral-filled polypropylene woofer is set into a rear-firing bass reflex port which improves low-frequency response. Both the high-mid drivers and low-frequency woofer are powered by 240 watts of burst power class AB topology amplifiers that provide clean soft-clipping amplification with minimal inter-modulation artifacts and less than 0.02% total harmonic distortion. The front of the monitor features a low-resonance baffle for reducing box coloration and an LED illuminated EVENT logo power indicator.
