The Pelco IPSXME0362X ExSite IP Explosion-Proof Positioning Camera System (PAL) includes an IPSXM3036X 432x Day/Night Camera Module (PAL), IPSXMPT30 Pan/Tilt Positioning System, and IPSXME-2 Power Module. This camera system allows you to control and monitor videos over an IP network from virtually anywhere in the world. The system is an explosion-proof integrated positioning system with a built-in 100Base-TX network interface for live streaming to any network application.

From the harsh environments of oil pipelines in Alaska to the offshore rigs in South America and refineries in the Middle East, the IPSXME0362X ExSite explosion-proof positioning system is an apt choice for the most demanding applications. This explosion-proof camera system is suitable for installation in such hazardous environments where a small spark will lead to an explosion. The camera’s enclosure is vacuum sealed and filled with inert gases. Therefore, in the unlikely event of a malfunction in the camera, if a spark is generated within the camera enclosure, it will be contained within the enclosure itself where inert gases will inhibit its sustenance.

The system includes a high-resolution day/night camera with a removable infrared cut filter and 36x zoom lens (36x optical, 12x digital). It supports 2 simultaneous video streams. These streams can be compressed in MJPEG, MPEG-4, and H.264 formats across several resolution configurations. In addition, the streams can be configured in a variety of frame rates, bit rates, and GOP (Group of Pictures) structures for additional bandwidth administration.
