Pelco SD4N36 Overview

The light gray SD4N36-PG-E0 Spectra IV IP High-Speed Dome Camera System from Pelco includes DD436 Dome Drive with 36x Day/Night Camera, BB4N-PG-E Environmental Pendant Back Box, and LDHQPB-0 Lower Dome with Smoked Bubble. This IP dome camera system allows you to control and monitor videos over an IP network from virtually anywhere in the world. This system features a high-speed dome with a built-in 100Base-TX network interface for live streaming to any network application.

The indoor/outdoor IP dome camera system also features open architecture connectivity for third-party software recording solutions, allowing integration into virtually any IP-based system. It is also compatible with Digital Sentry video management systems. The Spectra IV IP camera system is Endura enabled to record, manage, configure, and view multiple live streams. When connected to an Endura network-based video security system, the dome system has access to EnduraStor and EnduraView for optimized image quality and bandwidth efficiency.

The Spectra IV IP dome camera system allows you to view and control analog videos while viewing, recording, and controlling network IP videos. There is no need to abandon your current analog infrastructure if you are making the move to network video as a recording solution. Continue to monitor and control videos in the analog domain while recording videos in the network domain, and let Spectra IV IP dome system’s professional compression method do the work for you without the need for external encoders.

The Spectra IV IP dome camera system features ease of installation and maintenance. The included BB4N-PG-E Environmental Pendant Back Box features a built-in memory, which can be used to store camera and location-specific dome settings, including labels, presets, patterns, and zones.

The integrated 36x Day/Night camera in the DD436 Dome Drive features an EXview HAD imager for increased sensitivity and LowLight technology. This LowLight technology allows the cameras to compensate for scenes where minimal light is present. The camera also features built-in motion detection and 128x WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) that enables the system to compensate for scenes where dramatic contrasts in lighting are present. The electronic image stabilization feature digitally reduces blurring of the camera image due to vibration caused by external sources, such as wind and traffic.
