I purchased a used Batis lens from B&H and the previous owner had put a Sony cap on the rear. Yes, the lens is for the Sony E mount but if you're not a obsessive/compulsive German you may not understand. And, yes, even though it says it's for the Touit line of lenses it fits anything with an E mount bayonet. The world was out of harmony until I replaced it with a genuine German Zeiss cap that says ZEISS (even though it's made in Japan. Shut up!) Hand carved out of a solid block of prehistoric Deutsch plastic from the Rhine Valley. Or not. Plus, it's black like the lens and not grey like the Sony caps. My lens is happy now.

Lost my rear lens cover to my Zeiss Batis 25 on a recent outing. I could have gone with a cheaper brand but I wanted to stay with Zeiss. Works like it should, but there were cheaper E-Mount options.

Does this fit on other FE and Batis lenses, or just Touit only?
It would fit on any E-mount lens regardless of model.
