So So Easy to order from B&H , although my order was small it was shipped quickly and got to me on time. I have been with B&H for over 40 years and they keep getting better !

Easy to Install

The waste toner box was easy to install following the directions which came with it. However, I have already, after only a month, been warned my waste toner box was nearing full which could not be true as I only print one or two pages a week. I suspect these sort of messages are on some calendar-based cycle rather than an actual sensor. The previous time I installed a waste toner box I waited over a year after receiving the message I needed one before ordering and installing it. Thus, my warning messages seem to be responding to an internal calendar based on user averages rather than my actual usage data. Or, perhaps the sensor is defective.

question

Where are the metal sensors located so I can clean them? Can't get the Replace WT Box message to reset

I have the same problem, and have not been able to use my printer because of it! It is so frustrating, because I know the printer works fine, except for getting the wrong message. I called Brother Techs and spent a huge amount of time trying to find someone who could fix that message. I brought it to the Geek Squad ant was told most folks just buy a new printer when theirs breaks ...but it isn't really broken! I hope you find out how to correct this from someone, and I am so sorry it can't be me...
