The Wi5IIC Clip-On Wireless System creates the belt pack free operating environment. It includes the ZRIII Multi-Channel Dual UHF Receiver and the Wi5IIC Plug-On Transmitter. The Wi5IIC Plug-On Transmitter can clip on and off of all AMT model microphones by using a hand-machined clip that locks onto various mounting brackets throughout the microphone lineup.
The Wi5IIC Plug-On Wireless Transmitter Set from AMT comes with the ZRIII multi-channel dual UHF Receiver and the Wi5IIC plug-on transmitter. The system can be completed by adding any AMT microphone for wireless, belt-pack free instrument miking.
The included ZRIII dual receiver allows for up to two microphone/transmitter combos to be used with it at a time. It includes two XLR balanced outputs (channels A & B) on the back panel for discrete routing of each channel into your mixer. In addition, channel A also has an unbalanced 1/4" output. The receiver also employs an automatic frequency scan feature for quickly finding the band with the strongest available signal.
The Wi5IIC plug-on transmitter can power and attach to any AMT microphone for wireless miking of guitars, saxophones, trumpets and more. The transmitter includes a lithium-ion rechargeable battery with a charge life of up to 8 hours of continuous use. It also features a lit LCD display for visibility on stage, an on/off button for saving battery life during breaks as well as a mute button.
The AMT TA2 Double Microphone System with Beltpack Preamp is the ideal choice for principal artists or soloists performing live on soprano saxophone. This dual-element cardioid microphone is expertly designed to capture the optimal sound balance from both above the instrument and in front of the bell. It offers versatility, allowing for wired operation via the included BP45 beltpack or compatibility with wireless systems such as the Quantum 7, Shure TA4, or Sabine bodypack transmitters.
Both microphone elements are suspended within a four-point isolation ring to effectively reduce key and handling noise. The system requires phantom power or one AA battery for operation and comes with a durable hard plastic case for protection.
