What rating of power amp is recommended for a pair of these?
Opinions may vary but I would recommend an amplifier that is at least the minimum RMS power rating of the speaker and it would not hurt to attach an amplifier that was double the RMS power rating of this speaker. Speakers are blown up by too small an amplifier being overdriven into clipping and damaging tweeters. A larger amplifier will offer greater headroom and cleaner sound.

can quater jack be used to connect another speaker to jrx215?
There is a parallel identical Speakon NL4 and 1/4 connector that facilitates a loop-through connection so you can daisy-chain and power an additional JRX215 speaker.
