Wooden Camera 163400 Overview

The Rosette Bracket from Wooden Camera provides ARRI standard rosettes for attaching handles, extension arms, and 3rd party ARRI rosette accessories. The bracket can clamp directly to 15mm lightweight rods or can be attached to the front of Quick Base (BMC), Quick Cage (BMC)+LW, Quick Base (C100, C300, C500), Quick Base (FS700), Quick Base (F55, F5), Quick Base (Phantom Miro), Quick Base (Ikonoskop), Fixed Base (C100, C300, C500), or Fixed Base (F55, F5).

Doesnt Work

Out of the box it wouldn't tighten onto the 15mm rods and when I tried to tighten further, the thumb screws would become jammed against the metal and would not allow me to untighten without removing the thumb screws and using pliers. I'm a big fan of wooden camera products and this truly does feel solidly built, but when the weight of the rig and security of the camera is dependent on a tight setup, this wont work.

Expensive solution, but built well.

If you are looking to add rosette brackets to your rig this is the piece to use - especially if you already use Wooden Camera products. But for $ its a bit expensive for a hunk of metal. Yet the build quality is what you would expect from Wooden Camera. Perfect for adding rosette dog bone arms and handles to your rig.
