PFC Sinewave UPS System
A battery backup that adapts to multiple applications and requirements-from home/office use to enterprise environments. The UPS provides pure sine wave protection for computer systems, networking hardware, servers, home theater equipment, telecom systems and other sensitive electronics with Active PFC or conventional power supplies. With pure sine wave output, the UPS solves the incompatibility issues experienced when a non-sine wave UPS is attached to equipment using Active PFC power supplies by providing continuous power output-preventing unexpected shutdowns or damaging stress when switching from AC to UPS battery power
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
AVR technology stabilizes the AC voltage and maintains a safe voltage level without switching to battery-mode. This conserves battery life, and delivers cleaner AC power to connected equipment
EMI/RFI Filters
Filters against electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference ensuring clean power for connected equipment
LCD Diagnostic Display
The front white LCD panel displays UPS vitals: input voltage level, output voltage level, automatic voltage regulator, battery capacity, energy-saving bypass mode, runtime estimate, load level, output frequency, on battery, overload, fault condition, event logging, and silent mode

Advanced efficiency design (reduced fan operation), high-end system components, and GreenPower UPS technology help minimize sound emissions
Tamper-Proof Power Button
The power button has been specifically designed to minimize the chance the UPS can be turned off or interfered with by accident
Audible Alarms
Distinctive tones identify when the unit is running on battery power, if it is overloaded, or when the battery is low
USB Connectivity
HID compliant USB port enables full integration with built-in power management and auto shutdown features of Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
Resettable Circuit Breaker
Convenient unit reset switch in case of an overload
Function Controls
Shutdown options, selectable battery backup voltage sensitivity, display and alarm options, self test and more
Reduce Energy Costs & Heat Loss
This ENERGY STAR qualified UPS system utilizes patented GreenPower UPS bypass circuitry to save on energy costs by reducing energy consumption and heat buildup. Users can save up to 75% when compared to competitive models
PowerPanel Personal Edition
In the event of a power outage, PowerPanel PE saves open files and hibernates the PC to increase the run-time on the UPS unit. PowerPanel is easily installed on any Windows-based PC and uses minimal system resources. Diagnostic screens display the status of the UPS, including silent operation mode, configurable system notifications, automatic self tests, adjustable high/low voltage warnings, event/data logging, and scheduled shutdowns

    CyberPower CP1000PFCLCD reviews

CP1000PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS System is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 44.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect UPS for Highend Desktop PC I replaced an APC Back-Up 600 with this CyberPower 1000. I build my own PCs and recently did a major upgrade. The APC unit was over 5 years old and showing signs of needing batteries. It was also intolerant of the new 850 watt Corsair power supply. My new PC would quit and reboot every time there was a power glitch. I needed a new UPS unit that suppiled pure sine-wave power. The APC unit only delivered square wave simulated AC power. The only negative is that the utility softare is not as smart as the APC product. You can't tell it when (while you are sleeping) not to sound the alarm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great little HT UPS with lots of bang for your buck! I have four of these things in my house and I love them. When our house generator kicks in, our home theater devices and computers never even flicker. They just keep humming along while the power switches over. Given the cost and delicacy of my HT gear, I would not have been able to do this with the old school, approximated sine wave, UPS that are in the realm of affordability. Enter these little guys and see a smile bloom on my face! If you care about your gear or you have a newer computer that requires it, get these pure sine wave UPS and you will be very happy with your ROI!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Uninterruptable Power Supply We use UPS devices to protect all our sensitive electronic equipment, including computers and flat-screen television. This true sinewave UPS properly conditions power to these electronics, and is always present to correct a loss of power, a surge or a brown-out. This unit is silent (no loud humm), and as an Energy Star appliance, draws just a fraction of the vampire power we measured on our older UPS units. All UPS units eventually require a fresh battery; the replacement cost for this CyberPower unit is considerably lower than for units by the other leading manufacturer. The LCD screen on the CyberPower provides excellent information on battery condition, AC power to the unit, power draw from connected equipment, and estimated run time on battery backup alone. Overall, an excellent unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sinewave pwr supply Pros: 1. Its a modified sine wave ups so it will work with sensitive electronics. 2. Has a nice slim stand up type shape that easily fits underneath desks or even besides the main computer. 3. 5+5 plugs batery backip vs surge only 4. Plug direction is sideways so transformer type plugs that are long dont hog up two spots 5. Front status lights shut off 6. Gives 9 min at 300w. 3 min at 600 watts Longer with less load, 7. 350k guarantee So far working well using on my two new ryzen machines. Mainly bought for brownouts that occur a lot in our neighborhood.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Flawlessly Since installing the CP1000PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS System, I've experienced two brief utility power failures. All equipment continued to perform well. Previously my HP printer would require that its software be reloaded each time a power 'blip' occurred. This issue no longer exists. On the down side, and the reason for 4 stars, is that the software does not seem compatible with Windows 10.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well made, good front panel, short run time This is my second one of these. I liked it enough to buy a second one. Works reasonably well, lots of info on the front panel without installing the software, seems to be stable and reliable so far. It's small and relatively light (so smaller batteries), but that also means a shorter run time than I'm used to having with my old APC 1000. 12-18 minutes run time with a 120 watt load, according to the front panel and the software. The software takes FAR too long to recognize the hardware on bootup, and gives annoying Windows 10 alerts about not seeing it, then about seeing it. It's USB - it should see it instantly. I would recommend this to others. Overall a decent UPS, and a bargain on sale for $99. As always, B&H ROCKS! I love the sales and free shipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent This product overcome my expectations, I was afraid that the 1000VA version would be to small but instead it is still has a decent amount of power left 'free'. If you got a high-end single GPU gaming PC don't waste your money on a bigger UPS, you'll be happy with this one. Big pro: It has pure sine-wave, which - after a quick test - turned out works perfectly fine and for this price it is a no-brainer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Choice for us! We had just changed to AT&T U-verse for Internet and land-line phone via their fibre-optic connection. Within a week of the switch we suffered a (grid) power failure. Result: no phone or Internet! Not wanting that to happen again we bought this UPS system. It was very easy to connect and when tested (unplugged from the grid) it provided 4 hours of phone access (w/o computer being on) or more than an hour of combined phone and computer access. We feel more secure with this addition to our household!
