Manfrotto Panoramic Background (13', White)

I contacted Lastolite with your inquiry. The manufacturer states that the Lastolite Panoramic Background (13', White) is not opaque, so light will pass through it. However, the construction of the fabric would prevent it from working like a diffuser such as the HiLite. The weave is tight and dense, so while some light would get through, it would not transmit a lot of light and it would most likely result in a hot spot rather than spreading and distributing the light across the surface like diffuser fabric would.

You could use the Manfrotto Panoramic Background as a bounce in a pinch.

Although the angle of the panels can be set at a 90° angle, this would cause the frame to collapse.

No, it is not recommended to cut the Manfrotto Panoramic Background (13', Chroma Key Green) into separate panels.

The middle section is 6.5 feet, & The wings are about 3.5 feet.
