I'm wanting to get into pin hole imagery and the cameras I'm looking at don't have a hotshoe, if I place the colored gels over a flash head and fire it manually, will the flash illuminate the film as if I were using a colored filter over a lens? I'm wanting the red filter for use in BW film to enhance the sky etc.
Thanks for the input, I was thinking about the Holga WPCH 120 camera and looking for someway to filter the film. I'm thinking of getting a step up filter to try and slip over the flange around the pinhole. Thanks!
