The Lastolite Hotrod Octa Quadra Kit features a 27.5" octagonal softbox and a speed ring for mounting the softbox to an Elinchrom Ranger Quadra Flash Head. An octagonal softbox provides a very broad, even light useful when taking portraits. Also, it will create circular catchlights on your subject. For modification, the front and inner panels can be removed. It includes an adapter plate and rods for setting up your softbox.
