speaking of the D90 series, what's the difference between this(CK-D768) and CK-D868 considering both are 6x8"?
The CK-D768 is listed as only being compatible with the CP-D70DW, CP-D707DW, and CP-D90DW printers.
The CK-D868 is listed as only being compatible with the CP-D80DW and CP-D90DW-P photo printers.

Can you print 5 x 7 images using this 6 x 8 media?
Yes you wold be able to, but the printer would not cut it down to a 5x7. It still would print a 6x8 print.

Are the Ribbon for the CK-D768 the same as the Rib
Are the Ribbon for the CK-D768 the same as the Ribbon in the CK-D746? I have plenty of paper just no Ribbon
No, the Mitsubishi CK-D768 6 x 8" Paper and Ink Media Kit does not come with the same ribbon as the Mitsubishi CK-D746 4 x 6" Paper and Ink Media Kit. The ribbon with the CK-D768 is sized for 6 x 8" prints, while the ribbon with the CK-D746 is sized for 4 x 6" prints. The ribbons are not interchangeable.
