The GiSTEQ Flashmate F-160 LED Video Light / Ball Head / Shoe Adapter Kit was put together by B&H to add angle adjustment and articulation to the other fine qualities of the Flashmate F-160 via the Vello Multi-Function Ball Head.
The Flashmate F-160 LED light uses Matrix Lighting technology to light your subject evenly, edge-to-edge without hot spots. Perfect for camcorders or use with your DSLR, the F-160 dims from 100 - 0% and can run on 4 readily available AA batteries or on your Sony-type NP-F50, NP-FM55H or NP-FH60 camcorder batteries. The F-160 comes with a white diffuser to widen its 25-degree beam angle to 60 degrees and a CTO conversion filter to change your output to 3,200K.
The Vello Multi-Function Ball Head attaches to your DSLR or video camera's hot or cold shoe and offers the option of attaching the F160 directly onto the head's removable shoe or removing the shoe and mounting the head to any small light or accessory with a 1/4"-20 tap. The head's single locking knob offers 360-degree panning and rotation and 90-degree vertical adjustment.
