The Boulder 30 Folding Tripod from GoalZero is a custom-designed tripod that allows you to securely mount a two or four Boulder 30 solar array and maximize the available sunlight. The head is specially made accept the Boulder 30's and provides full 360° rotation for constant adjustment as the Sun moves during the day. The head also has an adjustable pitch angle to allow you to precisely position the panels.
Spiked feet set the tripod on a firm footing to prevent it from moving as you align the solar panels. Its legs are fully adjustable to accommodate rough or uneven terrain. Tie-down holes in the legs let you attach rope or bungees for additional stability in windy conditions. Strapping is included and can be used as a carrying strap when the tripod is folded, and can be put around the legs when the tripod is open to prevent them from spreading too far apart. The included Quick-Clips secure the Boulder 30 panels together and are removable and reusable.
