    Tascam TH-2000 reviews

TH-2000 Professional Headphones (Silver) is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from They get the job done I use these cans both as an editor and as a DP to monitor my own levels. I wouldn't use these for any legit sound monitoring in the field but for me to make sure nothing is going wrong on my end sound-wise while filming they are money. In the edit they are okay. They work just as well as any other low end pro headphones. The only negative I really have is they take some getting used to comfort-wise. I still get a little bit of discomfort after prolonged use even after thoroughly breaking them in, but to and extent that's expected at this price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm Gonna Buy 5 Pairs At This Price! Outstanding performance at low cost. Great sound quality and range. This headphone set will stand up against any $250 pair of any other manufacturer. What a bargain!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tascam TH-2000 Headphones Excellent sound. When put headphone over your head you don't hear any sound from the outside. Another word, when you play music, any one sits next to you don't even hear what you are listen to. It seals really really good. It gives good bass and trible.I only paid $ from B&H when on sale. If you pay more than this, you pay too much. But it worth it. It is a good headphone. I consider buy another pair. It is highly recommended for some low budget individual like myself if in needed. You don't need to spend arm and leg for a good headphone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OLD SCHOOL ROCK I listen to rock from Woodstock to Grunge rock & 80s heavy metal. Southern rock. Tascam TH-2000 closed back headphones connected to my Onkyo 7.2 channel HDMI AMPLIFIER. Sounds very nice. Albums like Pink Floyd the Wall, with all the screaming & shattering glass. Nothing beats high quality old school audio equipment. Good job Tascam.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Here if you want valid review. I personally found it quite good in terms of sound, it has rather high treble, and decent bass, the mids are very nice though. In terms of comfort, it needs some help, the clamping force is a little too strong on these, and you can feel the plastic casing around the drivers in the headphones. One way to remedy this is to put some paper towels or toilet paper inbetween the ear pad and the driver casing. This solved that issue for me, and with the comfort fixed I believe these are one of the better budget headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Sound I bought these for use un my classroom, and they are proving to be a big hit with the kids, and with me. The kids edit video using Final Cut Pro, and these cut out enough of the outside sound to allow them to do a good job adjusting audio. They take a lot of abuse each day, and they are holding up very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Value I challenge you to find anything better than these headphones for what you pay. The frequency response is quite flat, making them ideal for studio use, as the description suggests. The coiled cable is very convenient when moving around in the studio, and the screw-on adapter is a nice feature, so it's harder to lose. Even if you are a professional, these are a nice point of reference for hearing what your mix may sound like on cheaper listening devices. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It does it's job... I purchased this because I didn't want to spend allot of $$$ to listen to some video editing sessions. At times there's allot of noise in my house and these things definitely help to drown out random noises... Their big and bulky like studio head phones, when I listen I get a generic unfiltered sound (like monitor speakers) unlike other headphones that comes pre-amped more bass or treble, these have the performance I need to do my job. The price tag was awesome!
