The Zacuto Z-MO-ZW2 Z-Mount Zwivel II combines Zwivel technology with 2 quick release ratcheting levers to create a multipurpose mount. Each 15mm rod port is controlled by a single quick-release ratcheting lever and can be twisted independently using the spring-release Zwivel technology.
Just loosen the single lever and the internal spring separates the parts for you to adjust to the desired angle. Use the Z-Mount Zwivel II to attach a handle to your baseplate rods at any angle that’s comfortable to you. The 2 quick release levers make controlled changes quick and easy. Other uses include holding one of the Zamerican articulating arms or Zuds to position your accessories.

I bought this to replace the Sony swivel on the FS7 viewfinder. The native swivel only has one lockdown and loosens everything, causing the viewfinder to flop, and requiring two hands to fix it. This Zwivel fixes the problem, letting you adjust rotation separately from rod angle. A good solution.
