The pure white Acer 8GB Iconia B1 7" Tablet is equipped with a 7" multi-touch TFT color LCD panel with 1024 x 600 WSVGA resolution and LED backlighting. It features an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, 512MB of RAM memory and a 1.2 GHz MediaTek dual-core processor. The tablet also supports PowerVR SGX531 integrated graphics, as well as 8GB of flash storage capacity.
The B1 features 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi wireless connectivity for accessing the Internet through a wireless home network or from a Wi-Fi hot-spot. It also supports Bluetooth 4.0 technology for wireless connection to Bluetooth-enabled devices. The B1 is outfitted with a headphone jack and a micro-USB 2.0 port. Acer has also equipped the B1 with a front-facing VGA webcam, which can be used for video chats. The tablet's lithium-ion battery provides up to 3.5 hours of runtime as well.
