The Acer 120GB Aspire P3 11.6" Tablet/Ultrabook Combo provides dual functionality thanks to its included protective case with an integrated wireless Bluetooth keyboard. Since the case and keyboard are detachable, you can use the P3 like a traditional tablet with the touch convenience of a Windows 8 operating system or you can slide the tablet into the protective case to take advantage of the full-size Bluetooth keyboard and use it as a fully functional Windows 8-equipped Ultrabook. Plus, the case supports a 120° stand angle that facilitates a laptop-like viewing experience, while still supporting a comfortable touchscreen experience.
The P3 features a high-definition, 10-finger multi-touch 11.6" TFT color LCD panel with cinematic 1366 x 768 HD resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, LED backlighting and viewing angles up to 178°. It also provides a 1.5GHz Intel Core i5-3339Y processor with Turbo Boost technology up to 2.0GHz. The Aspire P3 has Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 4GB of RAM memory as well. Plus, a 120GB SSD provides plenty of storage capacity for all your multimedia files. The SSD also ensures fast boot up and resume times thanks to Acer Green Instant On technology.
The P3 features WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi wireless connectivity for accessing the Internet through a wireless home network or from a WiFi hot-spot. It also supports Bluetooth 4.0 + HS technology for wireless connection to Bluetooth-enabled devices including smartphones, speakers, printers and more. The P3 is outfitted with a headphone/speaker line-out, a USB 3.0 port and a micro-HDMI terminal supports Full HD 1080p output of saved media or Internet content on your P3 to an HDTV, projector or external monitor with an HDMI input.
Acer has also equipped the P3 with dual integrated cameras. The front-facing 1.3MP webcam features 1280 x 1024 photo resolution and HD 720p video resolution. The rear-facing 5MP camera features 2592 x 1944 photo resolution and Full HD 1080p video resolution. The P3 has multiple sensors and a 4-cell lithium-ion battery as well, which affords up to six hours of runtime. Other tablet features include optimized Dolby Home Theater v4 audio enhancement, Acer Instant Connect and access to the AcerCloud.
