The CA-3908 2.1 Channel Powered Speaker System with Control Pod from Cyber Acoustics features two satellite speakers with 2" high-efficiency drivers and passive radiators as well as a subwoofer for premium audio. The system features an auxiliary input, bass volume control and headphone out jack for private listening. The satellite speakers are magnetically shielded to prevent interference from other electronic devices. Additional features include an on/off switch, master volume control and removable cloth grills. The system is powered by AC.

How does it communicate with the sound card? Are there cables included? Bluetooth? WiFi?

The Cyber Acoustics CA-3908 2.1 Channel Powered Speaker System with Control Pod, B&H # CYCA3908, connects to your computer's audio output via the 3.5mm cable that is attached to the control pod; they do not have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi built in.

Does the bass control on the Control Pod control bass in the satellite speakers, or the subwoofer?

The bass control on the control pod for the Cyber Acoustics CA-3908 2.1 Channel Powered Speaker System with Control Pod, B&H # CYCA3908, controls the bass level of the subwoofer. The subwoofer covers a frequency range of 50Hz–180Hz.
