Produced a home movied via moviemaker software ...
Produced a home movied via moviemaker software but it's 2:19 long and will not fit on the standard verbatim disc, can I use DVD -R DL? And do I need special equipment to record or playback the results? Thanks
Check that 2 hours and nineteen minutes, and see how many gigabytes it is. The main point is, if the file size is less than 8.5 gigabytes it will usually fit on these discs.
If you need to reduce resolution to make it fit on a DL disc, that becomes a different question.

question
Hi! is the DVD glossy or mate finish? I will appreciate, thanks!
It is glossy, and very dependable. You will be quite pleased with the results ... especially if you use the Primera printer with Sure Thing Premera Edition software to print faces on your discs.

question
Do these disks have the AZO coating I have been reading about? The DataLifePlus is recommended but the articles also mention AZO. Thanks so much for any help!
I don't know what kind of coating they have. All I know is that I use them and they work fine. I use them with a Bravo SE printer.
