Will the aperture ring on the lens work correctly with this adapter?
Asked by: Roberto
Yes, the aperture ring on the lens will work fine, of course there are no electronics in the adapter so it will be entirely manual or have aperture priority function.

question

Hello.I have Olympus Zuiko 50 1.8 and the 65-200mm 4. Will these lens work on the Sony a6500 with this adapter? Or will they work better on my Nikon D7100. I thank you for whatever info you can give me.
Asked by: Edee L.
Good day. I am very happy with my OM-NEX Adapter. It allows me the ability to use older and solidly built lens at a fraction of the cost. By using vintage lens that are manual focus, forced me to slow down in my photography and this had enhanced my awareness in composition. I have seven vintage lens that I use sparingly. I hope that everyone would use these lens as a training or teaching tool in their photography.

question

Compatibility Sony 6000 alpha camera with Olympus lens Zuico Digital 50-200mm, 1:2,8-3,5?
Asked by: Anonymous
This is for the older OM 1 manual lenses. No electrical contacts and I believe the mount is different as well.

question

What will the crop factor be if I use this adaptor to connect an Olympus OM 50mm f/1.8 lens to a Sony nex 7 or nex 6 (APS-C size sensor)? How will the focal length be changed?
Asked by: Jimmy E.
The crop factor is 1.5. The focal length will NOT change. This is a common misunderstanding. A 50mm lens will always be a 50mm lens. However, your field of view with a 50mm lens will be equal to that of a 75mm lens on a 35mm camera (50 x 1.5 = 75mm). If you have Olympus lenses from years ago, buy this adapter...you can't go wrong.

question

Will this adapter provide full-frame coverage with an a7 / a7r?
Asked by: Anonymous
I just received, mounted in on my a7rii with my old Zuiko 50mm Macro. It Works!!! I ASSUME that if this works with the A7rii, it works with the A7r.

question

I purchased this item...infinity focus is not achieved when the lens is set to infinity. Lens has to be set to 6' to achieve infinity focus. Will another adapter work better?
Asked by: Chris
Chris, I'm assuming you're using the old manual focus OM lenses. I have several of them and they all reach infinity focus with two NEX cameras using this adapter. So I really don't know why you are having a problem.
