Yes, I have done this. Make sure to get a B4 lens with the doubler otherwise the image will not fill the sensor until zoomed in fairly significantly.

If the Fujinon is a 2/3 B4 lens, yes. Depending on which lens, there may be vignetting on the wide end of the zoom range.

So i suppose i can't use my Canon HJ4.7X11 KLL-SC hd cine zoom on MFT cameras because my lens is without duplicator. Right ?
Although you can mount a 2/3" B4 lens like the Canon HJ11x4.7B KLL-SC 11x 2/3" Wide Angle Cine Zoom Lens onto the FotodioX Adapter for 2/3" B4 Lens, there will be vignetting because there are no optical corrections in the adapter or extenders for the lens.

Hello. Will this adapter work with the Black Magic Design Studio Camera HD 2? I would like to use an older Fujinon 2/3 16:9 SD/HD lens with that camera.
You can attach a B4 lens to the Black Magic Design Studio Camera HD with this adapter. However, you can only use a lens that has a 2x extender and it is engaged at all times. Otherwise the the lens will not make an image big enough to cover the sensor.
