Connects my FD 35-205 to me c-mount 16mm camera. The aperture function of the adapter doesn't seem to do anything on this lens. But the lens aperture works fine the normal way, so I don't need that feature. I will syat that the adapter doesn't have any sort of "stop" on the screw mount, if that makes sense. What I mean is that I could potentially keep tightening it down and putting pressure on the camera mount, and there is nothing there to stop me from tightening it more except the camera itself. I am worried I will over tighten it and damage the camera or maybe not get correct focus. All of my normal c mount lenses feel much gentler.

As an added bonus the coating on the metal grinds off with every screw-in, a great way to practice cleaning the lenses. Fun. I have used other Fotodiox adapters (FD-to-EF, M42-to-C) with no complaints. This one I
