FotodioX HBV-SNYA-PRO Reviews
Older Hasselblad lenses on my A77ii
I got this adapter to use my Schneider 140-280 zoom for Hasselblad on my Sony A77ii. I also use it for my 500f8 Hasselblad. It allows me to get some use out of these great old lenses. The tripod collar is nice, but flimsy as it is held on by very tiny phillips screws. The pics are good but not for pixel peepers as these lenses just don't resolve enough detail when used on a much smaller format (Full moons have hardly any detail.)
Breathe life into old lenses
I have some lenses laying around in the studio from my Hasselblad film days. I never got around to selling them when they were still worth something and then I changed to digital a few years ago and now use Sony for small format (A900 + A99 + 7R) and Leica S for medium format. Then I figured I might as well use these old Hasselblad lenses not he Sonys and bought this adapter. As I am using my cameras manually anyway this adaptor works a treat and there is nothing wrong with the old Hasselblad lenses from a sharpness, colour rendition and covering circle point of view. Great piece of gear and all worth the small investment.
