The FotodioX Bay 70 to 77mm Aluminum Step-Up Ring permits the use of 77mm threaded filters on lenses with a Bay 70 filter mount. This step-up ring features an aluminum-alloy construction that has a corrosion-resistant, matte black, anodized finish for durability and to minimize reflections.

Purchased to enable use of 77mm filters on Hasselblad B70 lenses. The adapter fits to the lens well and has a good mounting surface for the filter, but it’s outer rim measurement is about 1mm wider than most 77mm filters, and is too wide to enable mounting a B70 hood to the lens at the same time as the adapter ring. The hood fits over 77mm filters, but can’t fit over this adapter. It would have been great if it had fit properly, but not useable in it’s current design.
This is a great alternative to buying several specialty filters for your lenses
