Plus, the IPS technology affords a wide viewing angle for sharing content on your screen with friends, family and co-workers. The tablet also features a 1.8 GHz Intel Atom Z2760 dual-core, four-thread processor and 2GB of LPDD2 SDRAM for efficient multitasking. It's outfitted with 64GB of eMMC storage capacity and integrated Intel HD SGX545 12-bit graphics support up to 1080p Full HD video at 30 fps.
Lenovo has equipped the ThinkPad Tablet 2 with the touch-friendly Windows 8 operating system as well, which allows you to use it with touch-optimized Windows 8 apps, as well as the familiar Windows desktop applications. It also provides enterprise-level TPM security and Computrace Mobile. For wireless connectivity, the tablet supports 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. There's also a full-size USB port and mini-HDMI port for outputting content to an external display. The tablet also provides Near Field Communications (NFC) connectivity for sharing documents, contacts and pictures with other devices. Other features include built-in GPS, a 2MP front camera, an 8MP rear camera, stereo speakers and a dual-array digital microphone. This model ships with Office Home & Student 2013 as well.
