The Archival Methods 35mm Slide Storage Kit 2400 allows for long-term safe storage of 35mm slides. This kit includes twelve (4 x 3-pack) 35mm slide boxes for mounted slides, 96 (4 x 24-pack) slide tray bins to group slides within each slide box, and an artifact master box that neatly and conveniently holds and protects up to 12 slide boxes. Each slide box is designed to hold either 200 standard cardboard mounted slides or 100 glass mounted slides. Each slide tray holds 25 cardboard-mounted slides, and eight trays fit within each slide box. The trays feature a pop-and-lock design for instant setup, and have an extended back-wall lip or tab for labeling.
Acid-free 10 pt card stock slide dividers (sold separately) are used to separate any number of slides in slide tray bins or boxes. Thus, you end up with a compact 14.75 x 12.12 x 5” rigid archival box that safely stores up to 2,400 cardboard-mounted or up to 1,200 glass-mounted 35mm slides. Thanks to the box-within-a-box design and by using slide trays, you get multiple layers of protection for your valuable slides. All components of the kit are manufactured from archival quality corrugated boxboard.
