I bought these because my cats like springing off the top of my monitors and using the sides for leverage - was only a matter of time until one poked out a driver. The grilles are easy to install and remove (so you could use them temporarily without issue), and so far I’m not noticing any degradation to the sound.

Does it fit both KH 310 Left and KH 310 Rright? Is the logo removable?
The GKH310 can be used for either side and features a removable logo that can be attached to either the left or right hand side depending on your loudspeaker version.
