The 10x50 Razor HD Binocular from Vortex fuses several proprietary optical technologies with a rubber-armored weather-sealed housing and ergonomic design, making this set of glasses ideal for birders and hunters alike. A 16.5mm eye relief and twist-up eyecups with multiple click-stop positions will provide a comfortable viewing distance for almost any observer.

Vortex outfitted the Razor HD series optics with a fully multi-coated extra-low dispersion (ED) high-density (HD) lens system that maximizes light transmission and color fidelity. A 60° apparent viewing angle and 10 ft close-focus distance make the 10x50 model of the Razor HD great for close to mid-range observations. Phase-corrected prisms with dielectric multi-coating allow the optical path to render enhanced detail and contrast while preserving image brightness.

Complementing the high-transmission optics is a magnesium-alloy housing that is waterproof and argon filled for fogproof performance. Protecting the exposed lens surfaces from dirt and moisture is Vortex's proprietary scratch-resistant ArmorTek coating. Enhancing the usability of the Razor HD housing is an open-bridge design that sheds excess weight, as well as contoured thumb rests that improve ergonomics and balance. The 10x50 Razor HD binocular is backed by Vortex's lifetime warranty, and it comes with flip-down objective covers, rainguard, and carrying case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! I’ve been using Leupold Binos for the past 10 years but this deer season I decided to upgrade, and when I went to look for a new set I went back to Leupold because I have been happy with them. The salesman suggested I take a look at vortex. I had my doughts switching brands but he let me take both out to field test before I made my decision. Boy was I pleasantly surprised by how much clearer and sharper the vortex glass was. There was a clear difference in quality. Vortex ran about $200 more but I’d pay that for the quality every day now. I’m sold on vortex and there warranty is second to none! Thank you vortex for changing my hunts for the better for years to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality and unbeatable price! I bought a pair of the Razor 12x50s without ever having looked through a pair. I was nothing short of impressed when I put them to use. Colors pop, images are sharp and clear, they're light and rugged. A very well made binocular that is on the same playing field as European glass for half the price with a better warranty! I've put these to use in New Mexico shed antler hunting, pronghorn hunting, mule deer hunting, elk hunting, oryx (gemsbok) hunting , and have even used them to spot fish in clear streams. These binos have never let me down once and are always up to the task! Can't wait to pair them up with a razor spotting scope for the ultimate combination!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size, incredible clarity, gathers light! As a hunting guide, I have put many hours on these glasses and have enjoyed them for every second! I have not gotten any eye fatigue when sitting and glassing with these binos for long periods of time. In Alaska, glassing for Brown Bears, I never get tired of having these up to my eyes for the majority of the day. They fit perfect in my hands and up to my eyes. The field of view is large and the clarity of the glass extends all the way out to the outer edge of the field of view. Best of all, low light conditions are not an issue with these binoculars. They gather a ton of light during those key time periods at sun up and sun down, to give me that slight advantage. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed with these glasses!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Razor Sharp Images After more than a year researching my best option in a new set of binoculars, I chose the Vortex Razor HD 10x50. In side by side, daylight comparisons with my Bushnell Elites and my son's Fujinons the Razor's clearly have a sharper, brighter image and with more vivid color. Although I have made no side by side comparison they do have excellent light gathering at dusk and dawn while still producing exceptionally clear images at or just inside the tree line. Be sure your rifle scope is of the same high end quality or you might find yourself missing the shot of a lifetime. With the lifetime warranty, I just can't see where one could go wrong with these. As for myself, I know I made the right decision.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands down best binos without the sticker shock Love them! They are hands down one of the best binos in the Business. Absolutely love them I cannot distinguish any difference between them and Swarvoski which are two times to three times the cost. They are hands-down the clearest optic on the market out there. And the VIP warranty doesn’t make me worried when I take them out that somethings going to happen and I can’t replace them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal clarity and color Purchased these binos specifically for big game hunting. The diopter allows you to initially focus each eyepiece individually which makes images even more clear. The amount of detail that these binos pickup at extended distances is amazing. I find that with the 12x magnification, I can seen more detail at distance vs a 15x magnification due to the color clarity and contrast. This advantage becomes even more obvious in low-light conditions when other binos' images start to fade. Well worth the money if you want the best image clarity and definition available without spending twice the amount to get minimal returns. Plus with Vortex's unlimited warranty, hard to beat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Binoculars I bought these a few years ago for my first bear hunt in Montana. I was pleasantly surprised how well these binoculars worked. I glassed up my first bear 40 minutes into our glassing spot on the side of a shaded mountain about a mile away. although my buddy thought I was looking at a rock, I proved him wrong when the rock started climbing up the mountain. It was a little bear, but that just made it that much more surprising I was able to spot it. Since then, I've used them for multiple hunts out west and in my home state of Michigan. I've hunted with them in the rain, snow, and fog and never had any issues. I love the product and can't wait to purchase a new long range scope from Vortex for my Weatherby 7mm rem mag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Clarity in Low Light I purchased these to use primarily for deer hunting. Low light conditions are usually the best times for deer movement. You've got to be sure of exactly what you're shooting at. The vortex razor binos out perform my Kahles and S&B scopes on my rifles. It also out performs my vortex viper scopes. These are the best binos I've ever owned. And with the warranty, I don't think I'll ever consider owning another brand.
