I was able to attach this to my 82mm Sigma 24-105mm lens, but the vignetting is terrible. Your photo will be in the center of a dark circle.

Will this work with the Yongnuo 14EX II Macro flash?
No; the Nissin MF18 Macro Ring Flash is only compatible for use with the Nissin MF18 Macro Ring Flash. It is not compatible for use with the Yongnuo YN-24EX TTL Macro Flash for Canon Cameras. Yongnuo does not have a 62mm adapter ring designed for use with their YN-24EX Macro Flash. As such, I would recommend to purchase the Sensei PRO 62-67mm Aluminum Step-Up Ring, B&H # SESURPA6267, and use the above step-up ring with the 67mm adapter ring included with the YN-24EX Macro Flash. This setup would allow you to use the macro flash with lenses that have a 62mm front filter thread.

Hi Karen,
This is not an easy question to answer. The 62mm adapter ring has a depth of about 10mm and flares out from the lens threads in order to avoid vignetting. The outside edge of the ring has a groove for the MF18 ring to grab onto. I would attach a photo for you to reference, but this customer service system will not allow attachments.
