good power output with accurate load and time ratings. Easily expandable if you need more power. Comes with the network card but it is pricey.

what is the run time of the battery?

what is the run time of the battery?
Asked by: Rafael
The total run time of the battery in the APC Smart-UPS X-series Rack/Tower UPS with LCD (2000 VA) would depend on the total wattage of the devices that are connected to the UPS. Please check out the following link to see the estimated run times when utilizing various wattages: https://bhpho.to/3MO0N59.

What type of adapter do I need to plug this into a normal household (20amp) wall outlet?
Asked by: Bob
Thank you for your interest in our products. It would depend on what type of outlets you have at your house. If they are 20 amp outlets then yes it would work. I would just confirm that the outlet is a 20 amp outlet because if it is a 15amp outlet it would derate the UPS.

Can this UPS (SMX2000RMLV2UNC) be mounted in 2-post rack? I.e. can the included rail brackets be secured on the side?
Asked by: Alex
The included 2U rack ears / brackets can indeed be mounted on the side (midway, for balancing) using pre-drilled mount holes.

rack rail kit part number? (says "rails included" - but what kind?)
Asked by: Alex
Good day Alex. If you are referring to the UPS with Model No: SMX2000RMLV2U(https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/SMX2000RMLV2U/apc-smartups-x-line-interactive-2000va-rack-tower-convertible-2u-100v127v-3x-515r+3x-520r+1x-l520r-nema-smartslot-extended-runtime/), it really came with a rail kit(SU032A). Please contact our support team for Smart Ups so they can ship you the rail kit for that UPS. Thanks and have a great day.
