    Vanguard 51T reviews

The Heralder 51T Rolling Backpack (Black) is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I never thought I would find the perfect camera bag until I found this bag. It is as close to perfect as it gets for me. It seems the bag was well thought out and well made. Pros; 4 wheels so I don't have to drag it on 2 wheels, I can push it on 4, I can also use it as a back pack, laptop compartment for 15, weather cover, durable material, lots of pockets, business card pouch. I don't have any cons but if the laptop part could have held a 17 that would have been great. Overall I love this bag a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE this bag This bag replaced a backpack system that I was very attached to, but had outgrown and pretty much destroyed to the last zipper. I'm 5'2 so size and bag weight really matter to me. I had to find a solution for getting my gear off my back when possible, but still have the ability to carry it like a backpack when need be. This bag does that perfectly!! The wheels turn in all directions making it easy to pull, push or walk beside the bag. It has what seems like ENDLESS pockets and storage areas. There is even a spot for my water bottle. Before I bought this bag I was comparing it to a few other rolling/backpacks. I picked this one for the multi directional wheels and I'm so glad I did! I literally have zero complaints. Straps are cushy, wheels move with ease, main compartment is roomie, side pocket has easy access, inside front pockets have lots of space to stash different small bags with different photo items. Get this bag!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC I sent in previous feedback that had a couple of suggestions for improvement but in general I was VERY pleased with the product. Additional suggestions to product company. Slightly bigger wheels - rolling it on brick sidewalk or uneven slabs, it had a slight tendency to start to tip especially with the tripod attached. Other than that, I recently used it at Missouri Botanical Gardens and would never had been able to cover as much area without it. My backpack would have killed me. In fact, in the past I actually used one of their wheelchairs to get through the garden. I also have used a fold-up umbrella baby stroller.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but too big I liked the bag but it is too big to take as an airplane carry-on. I even took it to the airport and asked the airline personnel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Really, Really, Good Roller Bag. If you're out for a full day of shooting. Have several camera bodies, several heavy lenses, misc. gear plus food and drink, you need this bag. Also can carry a tripod and monopod. This is a bag for city and flat country. The wheels are small so I wouldn't use the included bag packing straps. I cut mine off and saved a few ounces. Get a dedicated back pack if you're in woods or mountains. Other then that it is the best interior design I've seen, with plenty of camera safety built in. So many pockets built in you can actually forget where some small stuff is until you've had it for awhile. I've personally looked at the other four wheel new models and they could learn from Vanguard. In fact this model is at a better price point then their top of the line bag. I think the designers really were photographers and not just designing a sleek bag to fit in a jet plane.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seriously Amazing Ok I just got this today and haven't used it much but I know another photographer who has it and highly recommends it as well. Seriously this bag is so well designed. I love the four wheels and the fact that it can be pushed instead of having to be pulled which with so much equipment can get heavy. I also love all the well thought out compartments for lenses, accessories and the rain cover is awesome as well. It says in the description that it only fits a 14 laptop but mine is 15 and it fits just fine. For travel to places where a backpack is needed this is awesome. I have many photo backpacks but they get heavy after a while and they are collecting cobwebs because honestly they are not well designed. Bottom line: I know I'm going to use this bag for a very long time. It is well built, designed and the price is really good for all you get. What are you waiting for? Get it! You won' regret it. :) (PS I have no affiliation with Vanguard or B&H) Cheers

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprised I ended up getting this bag because I didn't quite have the money for the one I wanted and honestly I didn't have high hopes. When it arrived, I was genuinely surprised at how much I like this bag. I can fit my 70-200 f2.8 attached to my D750 even with the lens hood on! I also have 3 Speedlights, a 24-70f2.8, a couple primes, an extra camera body and a bunch of other stuff crammed into this bag. Having the option to use as a backpack is handy but I usually use it as a roller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Rolling Backpack! I was looking for a larger backpack to store the minimum equipment that take on trips. Carry a 5DIII grip, 4-6 lenses, 1-2 flash, filters, cards and etc. Also I wanted one that could carry on board aircraft and so the size factor was important. I looked at several of the B&H store and this was the one I liked. She is perfect for me and I am very satisfied. Solid, sturdy construction and still have wheels to push when you get tired of carrying on his back.
