Well it has a record button. I have a PL mount on my 12k so the other buttons don't do anything. The black magic set of Ursa accessories is inexpensive and pretty nice. I don't know if I love any of them. I have a Sony FX6 and 9 and was kid of surprised at the lack of Ursa options. But with all that I don't really know what else I would be super into.

Its a nice grip, comes with a hand strap for better grip. Easy start stop recording as well as iris control. I love it.
