More than just a router and a couple of access points, AmpliFi has built a complete Wi-Fi system, designed to simplify the process of setting up and configuring a long-range Wi-Fi network. As with most routers, range extenders can help eliminate those dead spots. With the AmpliFi Long Range and High Density Wi-Fi systems, you have all of the necessary components in one box to configure your own extended Wi-Fi network easily. Each system comes with a dedicated router. The long range router supports data speeds of up to 2.35 Gbps, and the high density router supports data-transfer rates of up to 5.25 Gbps. Both routers also feature an intuitive touchscreen that displays the status of the router, while on the back, you will find four Gigabit LAN and one Gigabit WAN ports for a reliable wired network connection.
Included with both AmpliFi Wi-Fi Systems are two Mesh Points. These range extenders plug discretely into nearly any electrical outlet and boost the Wi-Fi signal to eliminate dead spots almost altogether. Setup is simple, thanks to integrated LED indicators, which assist in the placement of each extender to ensure you receive an optimal signal. The adjustable antenna can also be maneuvered into place to get the best signal from the router.
