Canon 32mm IS Image Stabilized Binoculars

0Share

Adding to their existing line of 10x30 and 12x36 binoculars, Canon introduces three new models in a variety of magnifications. First is a 10x32, which offers the widest field of view of the three; a 12x32, which strikes a comfortable middle-ground; and a powerful 14x32. A field-flattener lens system corrects spherical aberration at the edges of the field of view to improve viewing experience, while the proprietary Spectra lens coatings maximize light transmission and improve clarity, contrast, and color rendition. Utilizing a Lens-Shift Image Stabilization system and a microcomputer to control the IS, they differ slightly from the previous iterations, which used a vari-angle prism IS system. Weighing in at a respectable 27.5-ounces, they run on LR6 batteries and come with a case and neck strap.
